We retain your personal and financial information for a minimum of seven (7) years from the date of the last service, in accordance with CRA record-keeping requirements and applicable Canadian law. After this period, information is securely deleted or anonymized. You may request earlier deletion of non-required information by contacting us (see Section 10).

We take the security of your personal information seriously. We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include:
